I had been in contact with the store multiple times over the past few weeks about a particular bike. They confirmed the model / price and said it just needed to be built. After confirming multiple times that they were holding the bike, I left Baltimore MD @ 6 am and headed to the store. Only when I got there the bike was not the one discussed - it was $900 more. No one could explain why there was the mixup. Apparently they couldn't get ahold of the person with more direct knowledge. Needless to say, not a good experience and I left without the bike.

This used to be a wonderful store. A month ago my husband was there waiting to be helped in the shoe department. Not only did no one help him, no one acknowledged him in any way. Today I also went there searching for women’s shoes. There were a total of 3 customers, two sales people. No one asked to help me nor in any way acknowledged me. The shoe salesman was tending to the one other customer and for 20 minutes I tried on what shoes I could find. When I left it was as if I was invisible. We are old regular customers. It was disappointing. We will have to go elsewhere for shoes.
