Had MRI of lumbar spine. I felt rushed and nothing was explained to me. I was laying down for my entire MRI in excruciating pain because I was never offered a pillow for under my knees or even asked if I was ok. The woman Patty never asked if I was ready or if I was comfortable. You’re told nothing and you’re not comforted at all. I happen to be able to handle the MRI but I was in horrible pain. There was minimal patient care, when I told the woman I was in pain the entire time she said “sorry I have a lot on my mind”. Not surprised how minimally I was cared for but that’s how people work now I guess. Don’t go here

I was at the MD imaging place this morning have an MRI performed the technician Patty went above and beyond I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a MRI CT scan or any other test MD Performs. Place is clean and the staff was very nice.

The front staff was so rude upon entering the doors because we did not have our mask, instead of explaining to us that we needed to have it we also my family and I offered to go back to the car to get ours but that one lady at the front just gave us a dirty look. Never before my family have been treated the way they treated us a this location before my son been seen.
