If I could them a zero star rating I would! I’ve been calling for 6.5 weeks now trying to get a delivery. They tell me it’s coming within 3 days. Never happens. Now it’s winter and we may run out. It’s our only source of heat in the snow! This company is terrible!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. My parents ordered propane and was told it would be delivered the end of October, here we are a month later and they still have not been delivered. I have spoke to customer service almost everyday for two weeks and I keep being told they are on the emergency delivery list and they promise it will be delivered and yet, THEY STILL HAVE NO PROPANE AND ARE FREEZING IN THE MOUNTAINS!!! I ask for management and have left my number 3 times with no call back. I'm at a loss and have no idea what to do.

Hi Peter, you cant call the office directly, they closed the office in portola. Nobody in office anymore. Only drivers there to fill their trucks. You now have to call wherever the number goes to. I think grass valley or truckee. Nobody around is happy about it. Got to do everything online now.
