Wanted to have this surgery ever since LASIK became available but was hesitant due to earlier reviews and technology. Finally decided to get it done Friday. Was a bit anxious but the doctor and staff were phenomenal. Definitely an experience of a lifetime. Was done in about 20 minutes. Walked out of the room and I could actually see without my glasses and I was about -7.25 in both eyes with astigmatism. First 4 hours were the hardest. Watering eyes and pain but the provided drops helped. Still a bit foggy but vision is improving. Some night time halos but they will go away as things heal. Would definitely recommend this practice to others. The positive reviews tell the story. Plus you get a free t shirt and other goodies! I wore contacts so long that last night I was getting my contact case ready to clean my contacts!

Had an incredible experience at LasikPlus in Albany. I have gone my entire life with 20/400 vision with an astigmatism since 11 months old. I was always told I was not a candidate for lasik but I decided to go in for a free consultation. I was shocked when I was told I was a candidate but wasn’t sure how close they could get to 20/20 vision. The staff was professional and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to take a chance. The surgery itself was super quick, recovery was amazing, and it is life changing. I just had my final follow-up to see how well my eyes have healed, and I am happy to report 20/20 vision. It is truly amazing this worked for me and I never have to wear contacts again. I recommend this for anyone who is a candidate. It is SO worth it. Thank you to all the staff at LasikPlus for taking a chance on me and for changing my life for the better…I am forever grateful!

I can’t stay enough good things about my whole experience. Everyone in the office was kind and understanding of my concerns. Aiden eased my worries and was with me for each step of the procedure. Both the doctor and surgeon were fantastic as well. It’s been less than 24 hours since my surgery and I have 20/20 crystal clear vision!
