I can't say enough good things about Albany sewing. Kevin went out of his schedule to repair my machine on the spot,saving me another 2 hour trip to and from Albany. r

I had a great experience at the store. The customer service was warm, welcoming and just plain outstanding. The variety of machines they have and the knowledge of the owner is amazing. Overall the prices I received for all brand new items, and owner working with me, is unbeatable!!!! I am pleased with all of my purchases and will continue to do business with them in the future and encourage others to do so also. They were very motivating also, and encouraging about the type of clothing I make. It was such an awesome experience 💯

I am soooo thankful that I chose Albany Sewing Machine Center for the purchase of my new Babylock machine! The machine is great and the service is top notch. I thought I was going to have to go without my machine for days at least when it started making strange noises, but Kevin had me in and out of there fast! Granted, it was kind of an easy fix, but this newbie couldn’t have done it without their help. Now, my machine is home where she belongs and I am sewwwwwww happy!, <— see what I did there? lol Happy Crafting!
