I was driving from Boston to the Finger Lakes with my son and cat when the steering, brakes, and acceleration all went out in our car. AAA brought us to a dealership in Schenectady that replaced a corroded wire the next morning. I had also had my ABS system replaced 2 weeks before our trip because my brakes had stopped working. 20 minutes after leaving Schenectady, the car's warning lights came on again, and we were towed to Steet Toyota of Johnstown. Steet found that my inverted water pump wasn't working, and the replacement part wouldn't be available until Friday (it was Tuesday, and our week vacation was supposed to begin the previous day). I called around and no rental cars were available in the area until at least late the following afternoon. Steet also had no rental cars available, but shortly before 4:30pm that day, the manager at Steet called me into his office and handed me the keys to a rental, explaining that he had asked another customer to delay their rental because he saw that I was in a real bind. Thanks to Steet, we were able to salvage our vacation, and we made it safely home to Boston with no further issues! Of the 3 mechanics that serviced my car in 2 weeks, Steet did by far the best job, were the most accommodating, and they provided a very clean and comfortable sitting area with free snacks, coffee, television, etc. My family is very grateful to Steet Toyota of Johnstown!

We had a great overall experience purchasing a car with very low availability at Steet. Even though we had to wait on a wait-list, our salesman John Flint was very helpful. He made sure that the car came with only the accessories we wanted and kept us updated as the car made it's way to the dealership. When the car arrived, John made the experience as seamless and painless as possible, with no uncomfortable pressure to buy extra add-ons. We took delivery without any issues. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend working with John and the folks at Steet for your next vehicle.

This was my first new car buying experience, and I am glad I chose Steet. This was so easy and quick I really enjoyed it. I have spent over 5 hours at other dealerships in the past with other people, and it's not like that here. John Flint was really great. He was able to get my Tacoma the exact build I wanted which is very rare with the supply issues. I believe they traded for an allocation for my build with another dealership. Eric Askew in finance was also great, there was no pressure at all at this dealership, and no dealer add-ons or mark-ups. Overall it was great and I will probably always buy a vehicle from Steet in the future.

Great experience. We are visiting family from 750 miles away and our Maintenance Required light came on. Brought it in, and they diagnosed it quickly as a simple issue and fixed it for free. We will never use them again since we leave so far away, so there was nothing in it for them to do this for free. Great experience.
