Ashley destroyed my hair so bad. It was very uneven and she tried telling me I can fix it myself later. She then overcharged me. She destroyed my hair and I still want my money back

I brought my daughter here yesterday, for a haircut, she wanted a specific look, it was close she was happy at the time, but later that night after she showered we discovered that it was uneven we returned today to ask the if they could fix it, at first they said no problem, but then the manager (whom wasn't even there) got on the phone and asked me if we tried to cut it at all ourselves, I advised her that no we did not. She then preceeded to tell me that there is nothing they could do for us, as she said that she inspected my daughter's haircut cut before we left and it would never had left uneven. All I can say is if they are going to call me a liar and not own up to their own mistakes, then I will never return. They have lost ALL my business, and I will be telling anyone who listens to not go there either.

Bad experience, sat for an hour and there were other walk-ins that went into the store before us even though they got there after we did. We waited patiently and still nothing.

The women who cut my hair, I can’t remember her name but she was such a sweet women. She said my hair was pretty dry so she made sure before I left it was hydrated and so soft! She gave me recommendations on what to use in my hair and pop what not to use. She took her time cutting my hair and actually took the time to listen about what I wanted. Thank you! She was an older women with silver/ grey hair.
