My husband and I have been living here over 2 years now. And we are so happy here. Our rent is reasonable, a nice large, working laundry room, by the way which is cleaned every morning, they cut the grass, any problems within your home, you called them and they schedule appointment, which is always a very reasonable time frame. We're not close to walmart, but Publix dollar general, family Dollar, and several gas stations. And 75 is right up the street. It's nice and quiet here, and plenty of room for the children to play safely. The basketball court is always busy with kids, and the swings. We even have a little dog park. On the other side is the RV Park, which most of the people here live here year-round, and it's always nice having people here from out of state staying for the weekend or however long.

I was renting a trailer from my boss Jody antis. AAA roadside services . My boss didn't pay the park in apr Il. The park told me to pa T them boss agreed to it.. well on July 23 Jody antis took the camper with all my belongings stole everything I owned.. couldn't make out police report . They wouldn't let me . Took him to court what a joke.. judge gave me 30 days to hire a lawyer to bring oak tree trailer park to court . So I lost everything I owned . Stay away from them. And stay away from AAA antis road side Jody antis and Jacob pickler are crooks.. and wink he's a crook 5o

Apparently this has been bought and sold so there are new owners, not sure about pricing but electric is not included on the RV side or the my mobile side utilities are separate. Haven't met new in owners but I'll m sure their in good spirits. Will change star rate after I get more info...

No restrictions on campers. I love it here. Been here for almost 3 years. Great place to camp or live!!
Yes dogs are allowed. We even have a dog park and walk area.

395 per month and. 13 cent's per kilowatts which is read once a month on the 26th I posted to your account on the 1st. Not like other parts no child molesters do your homework on any nearby RV parts in the vicinity
Beg to differ with you guys. We do allow tent camp as space allows and it is. a week limit. $35/ night and $170/wk.
Electric on the RV side is 13 cents a kilowatt and on apartment side the account needs to be in renters name and they are responsible for the bill
