Last year I only bought one gallon of strawberries at Beechwood. The texture, color and flavor was off to me. This year I bought my first gallon of the year, but will be going back again and again. Dark red, large juicy berries with the sweet and tart flavor that let's you know spring is here and summer is on the way.

Lovely farm to go visit and pick your own Produce. My advice is to wear good boots/hiking shoes as it gets dirty and difficult to walk between the rows. I made a lot of strawberry preserves and hope to come back soon when veggies are ready for picking!!! Please support your local farmers!

When you want plump, juicy, sweet strawberries, this is the place to come. Bring the kids and pick yourself, or just buy a bucket. Strawberry pie, cheesecake, shortcake, jam... endless strawberry possibilities

As of last week they were $14 a box. A box is 25-30 pounds - great deal!
They are right now. I'm not sure how long they will allow picking. Maybe call them to see.
