There are several reasons for 3rd party app failures, sometimes as simple as the app needing updates. We can professional diagnose and find a resolution in person, we charge a flat rate of $25 per 30 minutes of trouble shooting.

Sadly this is the very few things we cannot fix. Apple has a unique pairing system each home button is paired specifically to the motherboard it’s manufactured with, changing this button with a replacement is for cosmetics only. Unfortiontely we dont offer this extensive of motherboard repair. Id refer you too reach out too apple first as I know a few people who have had devices swapped by them free of charge with this issue. If they fail to help you we could always ship this out too a professional micro solderist that fixes these, but again try with Apple first.
