If I could give 10 stars to this staff I would. I swim at this pool for rehabilitation from brain cancer and my family has a great time with all there great swim classes. Very clean bathrooms. We love all you girls thanks for caring about everyone that comes to your pool all of you do a great job.

First time coming here with my son as we are my Dora residents , arrived at 3:16 left at 3:22 , I hate to step out of character but the dumpy dikey old lady who works in the office is extremely rude and loud , I was willing to listen to her but the approach she chose was just UNPROFESSIONAL AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER .

First time at the pool today. Clean, friendly staff for the most part. But had a very unfortunate experience with one of the staff member/instructor(wasn’t teaching my children). One of my children (10 year old) took her younger sister(4yr old) off the steps and the instructor was yelling at her to take her back to the stairs. My child didn’t realize that the staff member who was an older lady was speaking to her since she was teaching another child to swim at the time and I from a distance was also talking to my child to put her younger sister on the steps. My daughter was facing me and the instructor proceeded to get close enough to yell in my child’s face very rudely. And said, “you listen to me! I am the one talking to you. Don’t ever take her off the stairs, again!” I’m all for pool safety and I teach my children to respect their elders but there is no reason for being so harsh to a child. My daughter was scared and started crying, I spoke to the swim instructor to let her know that my daughter didn’t hear her and that’s why she was facing in my direction while I was speaking to her. She had to opportunity to do what was right and correcting her mistake but just said ok, and repeated about taking her younger sister off the steps. I wish some adults will realize that children are little people like us and we don’t need to yell in their little faces and be mean or harsh when we are disciplining or correcting them. We left the pool right after. My daughter has since forgiven her and prayed for her. I write this review in hope’s that we can learn from this experience and choose to do better in the future.
