Nice friendly staff and although they could not help me reasonably fix an iPhone lens cover without buying the entire camera they told me where to go to get a much better deal on what i specifically required just down the road a bit.

I bought a note 9 they were supposed to ship it . Nope they canceled my order charged a re stocking fee and when asked where the phone was they said their was no record of it even when I showed the receipt. So I'm out 400 and Noone will return the call or give the money back. Never again 😒

Went into the Fort Gratiot location to speak to Best Buy agent to purchase a freezer. Best Buy agent - stated we don't work on commission and the price is what it is. I had no problem - however - Best Buy agent was not very helpful when I did not want to get a Best Buy store card. Went on-line and order my freezer from Amazon. I got a better quality freezer and I am glad that I did. I will NEVER purchase anything from that store again. My friend was with me and he was soured by Best Buys actions.

I came here looking to get a smartwatch. I know quite a bit about them but not everything. The gentleman that helped out my boyfriend and I select a watch for me was knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted one of the galaxy watches but I don't have a galaxy phone. The gentleman that was helping us told us that you don't have to have a galaxy phone to use the galaxy watches. All you have to do is download an app! I am very happy with my purchase and will consider going back here for any electronics I want to get.

In not sure of the exact circumstances, I don't know how many times you actually called, or what you were calling about. But anything could've happened from an angry employee just hanging up on you, maybe he walked away from a phone for a second and another employee hung it up by mistake. Maybe they were understaffed and the employee completely forgot you were on the phone. And not saying you did anything, but maybe you treated them badly and simply didn't want to service you. I don't know for sure, but I personally haven't had any issues when calling up the store. Maybe I've been lucky, but either way, what ever it is, there's no mistaking the situation if you go to the store yourself.
