My late husband and I used Artic more times than i can count over the years. Happy with every single service. The guys are auto pros, treat every customer with respect and answer all questions professionally and in a clearly understandable way. I'd be perfectly happy living back in a city where I'd never have to drive. A safe well maintained car is my priority and this team took very good care of my old 2008 model. All their recommendations and great work really extended the life of this car. Unfortunately, it was totaled recently by a young, inexperienced driver. So now, I'll be bringing my "new" 2020 vehicle in for servicing when needed. 150% recommend this business. Honest, well priced and a top notch organization. Thank you for everything!

A part was ordered on our car and I couldn't bring it back until Friday, which was OK .While I was waiting, I sat and listened to the service manager ( Gary ) explain in great detail to another customer that had attempted to repair the vehicle himself and what he might have missed. I thought, it was like being in class. Easy to understand. ABCD problem * 1234 solution. Conversation between both men was great to listen to....
