Difficult for us to take a rooster right now. You can try Catskill Animal Sanctuary and Woodstock Farm Sanctuary.
Over 100 animals. The majority are either chickens or ducks, but we also have horses, goats, sheep, bunnies and pigs.
I have volunteered there for my SEE project, animals there are not for sale/adoption
