Had a great experience today with Dave at the Mills branch. Had a number of things I needed to get done, and he was super knowledgeable and guided me through it all with no hiccups. Sure appreciate the expertise!

Questions & Answers

How do I cancel an online transaction which is pending?

I would contact the main branch, as soon as possible. Especially, if you didn't authorize the transaction.

I don't have the receipt - it was with the Money Order, but don't they still have a record of it if I know what date I purchased it and the amount it was for?

Eric Gillette | Sep 23, 2018

Yeah, like Frank pointed out, they should be able to locate the transaction. As long as the money order was not cashed, you should be good to go.

II lost a Money order I had purchased from you, and the receipt was with it. If I come down to the bank I will be able to have this cancelled and reissued.

Yes, if you have the original receipt, as long as the money order hasn't been cashed yet, they will cancel it and reissue it for you.

Can you get money without card

Sidney Anderson | Sep 23, 2018
Eric Gillette | Sep 23, 2018

Yes, if you have ID. The other option of course is if you visit the branch often and they recognize you, then you won't need ID.
