Modified review: Well I had to add back another star. Laura called to apologize for their slow service. I guess I was not feeling the love but I feel better. customer service is good when they respond, just getting them to respond is the challenge Pathetic customer service. Non-responsive. I have been a member for over 30 years and you would think they would actually respond for a loan app. I honestly do not know why I even bother doing business with them.

I have used traditional banking for over a decade. I decided to give credit union a trial few years ago. So far, the experience has been exceptional. I would definitely recommend opening a membership with FW to start enjoying the countless benefits offered. If you are in the Orlando area (Downtown) ask for Josh Klima. He will explain all the different account options available and their benefits. He is readily available to assist with any issues.Stop by and check them out!

Fairwinds took over Citizens Bank of Florida. Citizens Bank was a lovely, personal, friendly local credit union. Since the takeover, Fairwinds has been cold, bumbling, and bureaucratic. They issued new checks to me but mailed them to an address I had 10 years ago. They were unconcerned. Who knows who received those checks!? Then, after I spent a month converting over 20 of my automatic payment accounts (mortgage, car payment, insurance, etc.) and changing my direct deposit to the new Fairwinds account, Fairwinds sent me a letter yesterday advising they do not want me as a customer because of past financial issues over 12 years ago. I was mortified! I'm sure Fairwinds spent at least a year going over accounts before this conversion. Why wait 2 months after converting my account and allowing me to operate my account to tell me I have to close my account? I have perfect credit and a high income. I could have taken my business anywhere else, and I will have to now. But what a hassle to once again change all my direct deposits and auto pays. They just don't care and I want everyone to know that they are not a warm, caring credit union. They are spiteful, ruthless, and irrational.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Long hold times and clueless, untrained reps. Wake up Larry before you have no customers left

If you're looking at the downtown branch, it does not. But most If not all other branches do.

Why is the Baldwin Park Fairwinds Bank Branch trapping and destroying a community of neighborhood cats?

Based on feedback from our neighbors and consultation with animal experts, we removed the traps this morning and are working to identify the best methods to provide a viable and safe home for these cats. No cats have been captured or removed. Working together, we can find a solution that will be in the best interest of the cats, our neighbors and our members.
