After checking in front desk clerk kept eye balling us . Restaurant/ bar is closed down but advertised online. We wanted to stay due to the amenities which there were none. Wanted to upgrade to the room with a jacuzzi and they told us it would be extra $200. Housekeeping never came to clean our room. Looking forward to swimming in the pool and hot tub, hot tub had brown sludge in the bottom (Please check CDC advisory). Tried to use sink faucet handle came off. Breakfast was ok. Plumbing is terrible. Restrooms in the lobby were nasty. Location was great. Coffee was good and a great waffle maker. Trash can is running over at entrance door. Hate to give a bad review but these are facts.

This is an awsome hotel with an amazing crew. I stopped by and stayed the night because it was late and I couldn't drive any further.The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The beds were so nice I didn't want to wake up in the morning. Breakfast was great and offered different choices. The experience was very different from other hotels that when you spend 80 dollars you feel it's worth it here. We even forgot our deposit and my kids blanket . When we called to inquire about blanket and deposit they said yes we have them and we will hang on to them until you come back and will let the next shift know also. Thanks Best Western of Birch Run.

The new owners are making so many improvements. So glad to see this location coming back to its former standards we expect and love when choosing to stay at Best Western! Only things I would like to see is for the pool area to be a little cleaner, & more flavors at the coffee area, it's nice to change it up. Entire staff is super friendly and professional!

Positive: The beds were comfy, the room was clean and nice, the staff was super polite! Negative: The only complaint we had was the breakfast. With Covid, we understand, but for someone who can¿t have waffles (my mother said those were delicious!), the options I had were not good.

They have family suites with bunk beds sectioned off, or you can rent adjoining rooms.
I think most rooms have been renovated at this point. Every time we've been there it's very nice.
