Be wary of the pricing and portion. Visited establishment during lunch hours. Asked for a small was charged full price because i didnt say “lunch special”. It was the same size container and substituted the rice for more cabbage because last time I order the rice it had no taste. So be sure if you are ordering anything for the lunch menu, you say the key words “lunch special”. As the clerk stated, “I cant fix the price because it was already served. If you said lunch special we would have even you two pieces of meat one plantain or cabbage and rice. The cabbage is more money” SMH. I could have order Uber Eats or Door Dash and gotten the order I wanted from Flavors of Jamaica for a better cost, better tasting food and would have saved the gas and effort in going.

First of all they cannot cook , no flavor, ,no taste .please don’t waste your time and money.so ashamed -call that golden crust.the worst food I tasted.still hungry.

I do not try to be negative and certainly hoping my experiences over the years should help the franchise owner to step up their product quality, in terms of the quality l know it is there but only when the product is freshly done and served on a daily basis. My giving my good hard earned money is anticipation of receiving good fresh food and not always stale and overnight left over warmed up and how do you figure we will not know it's not fresh. I usually go early morning near mid day and l happened to try late afternoon and the food was great. I have called even to complain as l get take out, get home not expecting to spend so much money in exchange for bad food. I am Jamaican, and we not about suing but others might if they claim to have gotten sick from eating stale meat, especially chicken even when you brown stew it you can tell its stale. I spoke to the person that works there on the phone she was very polite and offered for me to come back and she could make it right. Lady!! You have no clue, you think l am going to drive so many miles to come back for you to give me fresh food that l should have gotten on my first visit? I can only hope you keep us coming back and the cleanliness was pure awesomeness. This is a easy fix. I suggest you take inventory of your product sales and try to put out a certain amount. So what if the fish is finished, l certainly will order something else with no hesitation because everything is fresh, tasty and palatable. I am not giving up on you. I love that you are...Representing!!!! I know you can get it right. Nuff luv.
