Rose was a tremendous help, walked me through the whole process for insurance services, and even helped me get a DMV appointment. That kind of service only could come from people who treat you like family. Thank you Rose and thanks Ulster!

They provided me with good customer service and were attentive to my needs. They found an affordable option with the coverage I needed. I didn't feel like I was being "sold to"

Debbie is super rude and cut me short.

The first step that should be taken before filing a claim should be ensuring that all people and pets are safe and secure. Whenever it's safe to do so, try to take as many pictures as you can of the accident/damage. The next step is to call your insurance agent for your policy information such as: deductibles, policy number, coverage limits and so on. From there, your agent can either transfer you to your carrier's claims department, or you could reach out to them directly.
Everyone's life is unique and so are their insurance needs. There is no "one size fits all." We have tools available to us here at the agency to help you understand your insurance needs more fully. Depending on your needs, the conversation may take between 30 and 90 minutes. Give us a call today and see how we can help you.
Insurance companies look at over 200 factors including: vehicle, location, driving history/record and many many more. Because there are so many factors, it is nearly impossible for two people to have the same insurance at the same price. If you think something isn't right, please feel free to give us a call. We are always happy to help.
Yes, we would be happy to requote your policy and see what other insurance carriers have to offer.
