Marijuana is legal right now as the bill was passed and signed but dispensaries for recreational purchase won't be around for at least a year as the rules and regs still have to be decided on for those.. You can call the Syracuse dispensary. Actually you can call any of the Etain dispensaries because they're all connected to each other. Also you can go on their website, place your order giving them the information they request and they will give you a number for delivery. That person can help you with anything.

Not a Doctor's note, you must see a Doctor that writes Medical marijuana ( not all can or do); then you have to apply online to get a Government medical marijuana card. You have to update it yearly, and can get a temporary card in the meantime, until your permanent card arrives. You and you only can pick it up ( they also deliver locally , with notice, of course) but if you want someone else to be able to get it for you ( if you're sick or ?) Then you must put them down as well and they also need a card In order to pick it up for you.

U have to have the certification papers the Dr gave you then ur ID and marijuana card all in the same name and valid, but they are way too expensive, go to Curaleaf in Newburgh, bring the same things but you can register online and have everything in the system when you arrive, also give ur email because u earn points that give you money off the items, they are going to have edibles in 2 months and the prices are great and a better selection, also they are right off 84 u can See them when you get off the exit. And there's a really good diner next door called the ALEXIS DINER, and they have been there for over 40 yrs, they are doing something right!!!! Appointments are preferred but not a nessecity. Make sure you have your card, ID, and prescription. Be wary.... They are outrageously expensive and are shamelessly exhortating NY MMJ patients.

Yes Etain is expensive but when you have a disability that has No regular medication that can cure it, im my case my IBS-D seems to have been cured because I no longer have the Diarrhea that the D stands for. William Blunt yes you need a NYS Medical Marijuana Card to buy from Etain.
