My husband and I lived here for about half a year. Although it wasn’t a very long period of time, I can tell Woodview is one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Both moving in and moving out process were quite smooth. The ladies in the leasing office (Jennifer, Quyen, Kylie … ) and Paul in the maintenance are very nice and professional. The apartment itself is nicely renovated and the neighborhood is beautiful too. We will miss this place for sure.

Woodview was our extended home for the past 3 years during the pandemic. Maintenance staff, Quyen, Debroh and Jennifer are very friendly and aways happy to help the tenants. 3 years before Quyen showed us all the vacant apt and let us decide what is best for us. My apt backyard at Woodview faces the woods and gave our family a serene experience.It is so calm and filled with silence. Thanks you Woodview for pleasant memories.

We rented our unit at Woodview at Legacy Farms since March 2022 and have actually lived there since early June. Renting and apartment living are relatively new to us so we were apprehensive at the beginning. But so far our experience has exceeded our expectations. Following are the reasons we like this community, in no specific order: 1. This community is dog friendly in all aspects. It does not discriminate against large dogs. It has a well observed leash law. It has a dog park and has dog waste receptacles at various places. I would say 99% of the dog owning residents are conscientious at picking up after their dogs - during the time we've been here, we've only noticed two instances where people neglected to pickup. And mgmt does stay on top of the issue! 2. The place is well managed. Our apartment was clean when we moved in and the entire environment is well landscaped and nicely maintained. 3. This rental community is among a few large condo communities. There is a long and paved walking path. 4. The community is quiet. 5. Last but not the least, the maintenance issues are very well managed. The maintenance people are responsive, polite, friendly, and very helpful! It makes living here more enjoyable! We submitted 4 or 5 maintenance requests since we moved in. Every issue was addressed in 1 or 2 days! All in all, everything is good so far! We are pleased that we chose this place!
