I spent $80 for a hand wash plus wax job. I walked to the dollar tree next door to get cash back and otw back i saw them taking my car through the wash itself and there blower blew my Hood air vent into the wall n cracked it into pieces. I drive a s550 Mercedes so that $60 wax job cost me more in the end. Good wax job but I will not return since they had no solution for damage they caused. I expect a hand wash to be just that with the car being HAND DRIED also.

No...its a hand wash and then they blow dry it
They open a bit late sometimes, limited office staff, she sometimes has to go out a manage line of cars in wash line (collect money)
