I have to say the customer service is a 10 plus.. Very informative an hubby enjoyed the steak even had me try their furbaby food .. My ZIVA loves it. Worth the drive will go again.

Just sat on hold for 45 minutes and was never acknowledged when I was calling to see if they had beef short ribs. They also have botched a couple past orders. I will stick with Publix.

Don't waste your time, stew meat nothing but fat, beef tips so tough you can't chew them, only thing that was good was the shaved steak.
