We decided on Carrabba's for a quaint birthday dinner. This will have been only our 2nd visit to a Carrabba's- the other being in Columbus, IN years ago. We had no idea what to expect here at the Port Charlotte location, but it was close to home and a place we hadn't tried yet. We opted for patio seating and were happily seated by the hostess. The scenery of the highway wasnt the best, but we were in good company (eachother) and the weather was nice with a good sprinkle, which we love. Amanda was our server and went above and beyond accommodating us with all things, from engaging in friendly conversation to recommending menu items and offering a switch of seating when the rain began...even suggesting a piece of chocolate cake to quietly take home instead of the public song routine (which I deeply appreciated). She was thoroughly attentive and was by far one of the best servers we've had since moving to this area 1.5 years ago! It was so pleasant and refreshing to be tended to by such a professional yet personable server! Her recommendations for our dinner left us completely satisfied...and the chocolate cake was absolutely the best I've ever tasted. We will definitely be back regularly and will always ask for Amanda. What a nice gift of a wonderful birthday dining experience! Thank you, Carrabba's! Amanda is an asset to your establishment!

Server to busy talking to other employees and regulars than to wait on us. Capresee has gotten very small. Guess if not a regular during happy hour do nit plan on good service

Ordered take out. 60$ for spaghetti and meat balls, lasagna, bread, and 2 cheese cakes. The food was missing some flavor along with the spaghetti sauce. It was def not worth 60$
