The service for my brother was very beautiful and well decorated. I wish they were more detail oriented when it came to something as delicate as a funeral. There were a few times where they really dropped the ball. Such as calling me end of day the day before the funeral to tell me they needed a clothing item for my brother. Or not having the obituary website set up with information on the funeral services and also just completely not including an obituary which Ana never asked us about. Had I not gone in person, it wouldn't have been fixed since Ana rarely would return my calls or emails. They never called to tell us they received my brother's death certificates. If it hadn't been for my mother going to them in person to ask, who knows when we would've received them.
