Affordable access to outpatient care. There is no other place like it in the area for patients with no health insurance. The call waits can be long, however they offer telemed appointments which are very convenient.

My son was there for a few days. He was hoping for some help. They gave him pills, quiet time,pills....Gave him food he was allergic to,came home Monday and that Friday night committed suicide!!!!

worst place ever staff and the front desk personnel is extremely rude, they lie and try to manipulate family members and their patients that have been baker act to keep them longer than 72 hrs so that they can collect insurance money. when you call to talk to your family member in the facility it takes them 6 or more calls before they let you speak with them, they also don't allow family members to visit loved ones in there with the excuse of covid-19, thus creating a even more stressful environment for any poor souls in this facility. However their main website DOES have visiting hours for this facility...

My friend was baker acted here and they treated them so horribly, if you are gonna sit there while your patients have panic attacks and just do nothing then you need to be fired for what you’ve been doing!

My son just went through detox with aspire, and then they transitioned him into their rehab. It's an excellent facility here in the Winter Park area. He's thriving and 30 days sober. They're taking really good care of him and he's also voluntary. So first go to the detox, and then after you get through that then they put you into the rehabilitation campus. I would definitely recommend Aspire at Lakeside Alternatives, from my Son's experience. Stay strong.
Yes just let the staff(s)member know,on the the second question I think so just bring all your insurance and id.

I fully intend to Casey..I'm suggesting we create some type of code word to use to solve that issue. I live over an hour away from the facility, I can't afford to drive there every time I have a question.
To visit you have to take a class to visit your loved ones on wed. Night630 to 730 i believe
Yes
After 72 hours a decision must be made if the patient needs further treatment. If he does, the facility will petition the court for an order. In this case the patient is kept for as long as it takes for the court to decide and for as long as the court orders him to stay. Go to to facility if you cannot reach anyone by phone.
inpatient is 60 days.. outpatient can be as long as needed..
