My Mother dropped or fell out of bed within less than an hour of being transferred from the hospital to This place and basically shattered her back. No one called family to let us know and their EXCUSE was the hospital did not transfer records to be able to call or speak with family. I personally looked at discharge records sent to this facility from the hospital and there was a personal contact number for family. After my Mother came back she was not able to speak to us again and passed away a few days later. Also I had Hospice care for my Mother and the Nursing Department DID NOT give her her pain and other medications as directed per Hospice and my Mother Suffered severely with pain and could not ask for herself! The day she was transferred My Mom asked me to bring some things from home to her when I came back up to the hospital and then she was transferred that night and could never speak to us again. A nurse complained to me that she was over worked, did not get days off for months because they were short staffed. So how could our loved ones be taken care of under these conditions! Nobody’s Loved One should suffer in a place that is Supposed to take care of them!

The facility WAS great :( now due to the new administrator and the don it is HORRIBLE. The patients do NOT receive proper care at all. If you have a loved one there I highly recommend you move them to a new facility. The administrator DAN is horrible to his employees and residents. I worked there for over 2 years . DAN and the don SHAINA cover up so much that happens at that facility so they don’t get in trouble. I recommend for you to call state they don’t care if you complain. He over works his employees with the maximum amount of patients you can legally have. Dan is very unprofessional and when you contact cooperate they do not do anything either. Dan tries to take his female employees out after work (if you know what I mean ) . Over all I watched the residents lose their happiness day by day.

I have to say this is the worst place for any family member, My father in law is there and they were suppose to make sure that he did not get up on his own and they didn’t even know that. Mean while my father in law went outside and went to sleep for an hour by the court yard and then came back and they did not know he was even missing. After we had spoke to the head nurse and she told us he needs assistance for even going to the bathroom, well a nurse later on that night had helped him in and he waited for her to come back and she never did so he went to his bed again on his own. There was no communication on my father in law between nurses. He just had major surgery and is there for rehab physical therapy. This place is not up kept. I believe that all patients should have a right to a window or to be taken outside for healing.. some of the rooms are so dark and unhealthy. I will never allow any of my family etc in this facility again. NO COMMUNICATION.

Terrible place to have anyone stay in this place, Doctors and Nurses never get back to you about the care their giving to a patient. Never received Medical records that were requested by spouse.
