Spent two hours with the vet last night for our two kitties. They took their time to try to figure out what was wrong and got a treatment strategy going. Much thanks to them. They figured out what to do in that short amount of time what another practice could not accomplish in over a months time and multiple appointments.

My experience was horrible. The front end staff are rude and do not know how to talk to people. They also have conversations, inappropriately, about people they have just spoken to on the phone. While I was there a conversation regarding a pharmacy and the Vet's reaction. It showed a very unfavorable light regarding the Vet. but the front end staff got a laugh and very superior comments. I was there as a support person for a client. How she was treated was very sad. I understand that bad things happen to animals but being thorough with the client, giving options, and likely outcomes is essential. Working through the patients emotions and making sure they understand is part of your job!...I am very sad witnessing the lack of empathy and breaking of trust that I witnessed there.
