I have been taking my dog there since I got him 5 years ago. Customer service was great in the beginning of his life, but recently it had been terrible. He only had one good appointment since COVID started 2 years ago. They have to give him sedation medication that I give to him, then take forever to check you in and come out to pick up the dog. Then 3 minutes after dropping him off they call and say they cannot examine him cause he is too out of control. Then they make me pay for more medication and send him home. He has seizures and needs doctor attention. Since his appointment on 6/6/2022 he has had 10 seizures, is blind, and cannot really move. Called for help and advice and they said they cannot accommodate for the situation. Love taking your money but when they have to actually be doctors they are not there for you.

I have been taking my pup there from when he was one he is hitting nine this year. They are the best friendly and so helpful. My pup will only be good if I am with him and they let me stay with him so everyone is happy. Can only say great things from the staff to the doctors..Trust me take your pet and see the difference

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
I'd like to add that they neglected and basically murdered my animal with their unprofessional attitude... Try getting a call back.. I waited and tried for three days... No reply... Nothing..my animal suffered because of the staff and the Dr. Not giving a damn about anything but money.. the place goes thru employees like a sive for a reason.. The so called "VET" is a joke.. the staff are ignorant and arrogant and could care less... Know what I got from Banfield? My animal put down 3 days later by an actual professional vet... One that actually cared and did his job.. and guess what else... He returned my phone call.. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! IF YOU LOVE AND CARE FOR THEM TRUST ME THIS PLACE KILLS ANIMALS.

I had to call a REAL VET and have my animal put down because of this place.. trust me if you love you're animals do not go here!
