They are always on time. The pest control services actually works! No mosquitos all summer long! Finally we can be out in the yard without being chewed up and my dogs are safe from ticks and fleas!

I was optimistic to try TruGreen lawn care as well as mosquito treatment. I just observed the technician spray my entire edible vegetable garden and butterfly garden with insecticide mosquito spray. I looked up the safety documents from the manufacturer and I cannot eat any food produced from these plants. I'm now out thousands of dollars in organic produce thanks to incompetency. I cannot even get someone on the phone but have to wait for a 72 hr manager call back. Disgusting. Don't use these people. Update: TruGreen has refunded my entire prepayment of the mosquito service and refunded all lawn treatments paid to date for the current season to compensate for the loss of my vegetable gardens.

Call Customer service. You won't get to talk to your technician unless he is at your property or gives you his personal number.
