Two separate service technicians came out to run wires and put in tape lighting in my kitchen. They also moved some outlets and checked on my switches inside and out. They were both courteous and professional.

The gentlemen came to replace a faulty breaker. He left the house to go buy a breaker! Astonishing since he pulled up with this large van. You would think he had one in there. After about 15 min I went out side to mail a letter and he is sitting in the truck. When he saw me he started the engine. Now ABC charges by the hour! The guy moved and spoke basically like he was in slow motion from the time he came till he left. He even used my 10 ft ladder to change a light bulb which I supplied him and charged 10.00 for on the bill and did not put the ladder back where he got it from. I had to have someone do it for me. $ 395.00 later I am most dissappointed in the fact that he supposedly represents a company that is called ABC (abiding and believing in Christ ) written plainly on the van. A huge company that comes to fix or replace a faulty breaker but doesn't carry one or a ladder. I would not recommend them to anyone, obviously they use charging by the hour as their way of making as much as they can on a " small" job. We will all give an account for our actions. Sincerely RD
