Love the doctor. She is lovely, caring and sweet. She dives deep to the root causes of your ailments. The acupuncture does work after the 2nd appointment. The receptionist, not so much. You ask for a bottle of water and she rudely states for me to "start bringing your own". I had to cancel same day last minute due to other circumstances and she literally says "You knew you wouldn't make it yesterday. I can't fill this slot now. You will have a pass today but you will pay next time." It's literally $110. You want the money that bad, I will pay you for the appointment I wasn't able to keep. Is this her first customer service job? EXTREMELY rude for a professional provider's office.
