This place would be better if it had better Management, the professional services they provide are great but the sad thing is that they are not permanent, therapy services are often interrupted and then they take a long time to assign a new provider or Therapist. I have seen this happen for a long time without being corrected, I hope they take action because this is affecting the service we seek and wish to receive!!!

I been trying to get service with them , I dropped my Dr. Referrels and no call back . The day I went there I saw many staff members and no clients .

Never trust this place with your mental health treatment. In the last two months this place has become very unprofessional, unorganized and they don’t care about your mental health. I am beyond disappointed with the staff and Drs. Two months without seeing a Dr even though scheduled my appointments. Last month appointment was through tele health and I had to call the day before to confirm the appointment because they never did. They never informed me that my Dr was not there any longer and that they had new staff. The Dr never called me, I called them about my appointment about three times that day and all I got was sorry from everyone but the Dr didn’t have the decency to call and sent my medications to the pharmacy. Two weeks going through a roller coaster of emotions because my medication was not prescribed. Last week was my next appointment and they waited the day before to cancel my appointment because they were not going to have a Dr. on the premises, What a joke! Another month without seeing the Dr and without my medications being ordered. They did NOT care what I was going through because of their lack of professionalism. If you are concerned about your mental health please do not visit this place ant take your business somewhere else because they don’t care about how you feel. I will be contacting my insurance and letting them know who they are paying and the kind of treatment people are getting from them.

Super unorganized administration. Went for a mental health visit, paid over $200 (even though they accept my insurance), connected with the doctor who seemed like a genuinely nice guy that wanted to see me every month to check in on the progress with my new medication. My second appointment was scheduled for tomorrow at 9am and I called last week to verify how much I would have to pay and the receptionist did not know, which is fine, so I kindly asked her to please call me back once she knew and have not gotten a call back or communication confirming my appointment for tomorrow. When we “scheduled” the second appointment it was going to be via telehealth but I was not given any further direction on how to log on. Extremely disappointed & will be continuing my care elsewhere.
