I couldn’t wait till my lease was up the harassment was real. I lived here less than a yr and they did 2 pop up inspections (the first less than a month from me moving in). I was threatened to b put out because there was a little char at the bottom of my oven. My neighbor had constant harassment and even with proof I still got threatened to b put out, but my neighbor never received either. I guess it’s a favorites thing. All the rules and invasive demeanor it might as well b HOA 😒😒😒😒

My stay here at merry place apt have been great the two ladies in the office is absolutely wonderful the maintenance crew is also great i don't plan on moving any time soon i just love it here what can i say

I use 2 like this place but not n-emore... Cnt wait til my lease is up & it seem like management dnt screen their tenant thoroughly becuz they mve n-e old gutterbug in. You make complaints they dnt do nothing unless they feel like.

I don't like the fact that I only can have at&t for internet provider because i dislike at&t as a company and the office has Comcast for internet service. Because of this it took me over a month to get internet due to lack of knowledge from the at&t representatives and I was out 449.00 in deposits just in one month. Other than that, I love the place. They are very clean, they take care of their property, and they are not bad people. I would recommend anyone to live here.
