I moved here in August and this is my dream complex. The property manager is very kind, and she hosts many events for tenants. The view from my balcony is of the beautiful intercoastal waterway. It's located right in the heart of the artsy Northwood District of WPB. My unit and the whole complex is gorgeous and comes with every amenitie you could want. I absolutely love it here. If they turned this complex into a condominium, I'd buy my unit in a heatbeat. <3 My view:

We love living here! From building management and apartment amenities, to price/value and location, this is a fantastic community to live in. Building management is always putting together fun events for the tenants. There is a complimentary ChargePoint charger for electric vehicles. Tenants are fun and friendly. It’s probably the most “dog friendly” apartment building in West Palm Beach. The only real downside is the trash, which is really only accessible via thin trash chutes or having to go outside to the dumpster. If you’re looking to rent in West Palm and are open to up and coming Northwood, you’re going to love living here.

I love living at 312 Northwood. I lived in Palm Beach Gardens prior to moving to WPB and I couldn’t imagine a better transition. The pool is private and relaxing. The gym is clean and doesn’t smell, which was a huge issue I had with my last building. I love the building staff, they’re extremely helpful whenever there is an issue and the cleaning staff keep the place immaculately clean. I’d recommend 312 Northwood to anyone looking for a great place to live in WPB. P.S. it’s within walking distance to Malakor Thai and that’s enough of a reason to live here for me :)
