I scheduled a tour on their website for may 10th 2022. And when my boyfriend and I got thier there was two ladies sitting at the front desk. I told them I had an appointment at 4pm for a tour they both shook their head no in silence… then the other lady asked if I scheduled the tour online. Like obviously?… what is the point of having the tour option on the website if you’re not doing any tours? Just a waste of time and space like seriously this place needs to be shut down. Then my boyfriend asked if they have any availability they said not until January. I’ll take my money somewhere else and find something way better should’ve listen to all the other negative reviews under this lame place.

Takes weeks and months to even get maintenance to fix the ac, dryer, or anything at all.

The trash is always overflowing at the trash compactor, and it smells awful. They never clean the hallways and stairwells and the gate is never working. The walls are thin and they have a roach problem from other tenants. Plus they raise the rent every year.

These apartments are too small amd compact aswell as the noise is very transferable as in i hear stomping and yelling aswell as loud knocking it is very obnoxious and disturbing.
