Horrible service. I can't remember how many times they apologized to me. They first told me I had a balance due at arrival. Not true. I showed them my itinerary showing balance paid in full. I was then told they'd call me when the room was ready by 2pm. I waited as I did have wedding tasks to do. No call. I called and no one answered the phone. Called again; no answer. I go to the front desk and the guy was there with his feet up on the desk. He have me the key card for room "A" that didn't work. I was supposed to have keys for room "B". Showed the itinerary once more. My room was given to someone else! The stand up shower glass door leaked at the seams. Water all over the floor. I don't recommend this place.

Nice place! I stayed in room 206 which had tons of windows and great views! Would've been nice to have some toiletries - I never bring that stuff when I travel anymore and I had to run out and get shampoo, etc. I had a very short stay but it was lovely.

Staff was very nice, room was clean and updated. King bed was comfortable and the beach was nice and private across the street. IT is also good walking distance from the main attractions in town.

Reservations were made and then the size bed changed. Requested a king for comfort and had to settle with a queen. Kitchenette consisted of microwave and very small refrigerator... Needs to at least have a small coffee pot for early coffee drinkers who "don't want" to go down to the office. When things are forgotten and called immediately to report they show up missing. :(
