Horrible location. Even if you just want general information. Never anyone on site, excluding the clerk, for testing or to provide information for symptoms. Better to just relay on Google or go into the city. Prince William is a absolute joke.

I have been calling to the Prince William Health Department (the inspector) all this week and never answer. I have left voicemails and never call back. I have called more than 5 times a day.

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff at Prince William County Health Department. I was nervous about receiving services based on past reviews, but I was quite surprised. The health department staff are courtesy and knowledgeable about the services they offer. They were attentive to my needs and made me feel like a valued community member of PWC.
