Spoke with Javier, Not sure what has happened to Les Schwab over the years but they're customer service has gone bad. He was too busy to speak with me so he rushed the call and seemed irritated when I asked him to give a parts ballpark quote on an axle. I get busy times make it harder to speak but not taking the time to answer questions and sounding like you don't want to take the call loses business. I will not use this store again.

Bought some amazing fuel Vapor 20inch Wheels and some open country tires. Looking good. I had noticed some rubbing with the new tires and brought it back to the shop for advice. They said cutting into my wheel well and bumper was a common fix. I had see it done online so I figured they would know how to best fix the problem. Now there is still rubbing and where they cut flaps in the wind while I am driving and sounds worse than the tire rub. I called today and another salesmen said the other 4Runners owners were sold leveling kits to keep from destroying their bumpers and wheel wells and they didn't have tire rubbing. I purchased these from you guys thinking your tire and wheel specialist in this field and would have taken the time to let me know exactly what I needed. With 2800 in wheels and tires why would it be best to cut apart my vehicle rather than a leveling kit to do the job correct. I hope you guys can make this right. I have always trusted Les Schwab and would have thought if it needed a leveling kit to start you would have told me. Can this be made right. Is there a way to make the tires work as well as restore the unnecessary damage to my bumper and wheel well. I have added some pictures of the amazing tires and the damaged cut area that rattles while driving and still rubs when I back. Help me out Les Schwab. So update on where I am with this process. I have spoken to Chris another manager and he and I have agreed to solve this I will need to put a lift/leveling kit on and repair the cut out section on my bumper. I honestly couldn't be more excited and pleased to be working with these guys. I am glad to report they are 100% the company my family has been dealing with. Please take the time to ask more questions if your going to do these things to your vehicles. I should have made sure they understood what I was asking. Sorry if I didn't communicate that I will next time and moving forward. In all things.
