The two guys working there understaffed today went above and beyond for the care of my vehicle and the diagnostic process to include multiple test drive! The guy helping me had to work the counter as well and he kept me updated on the needs of my car and Looked up my car fax report to ensure things were done and did not recommend anything I didn’t need unlike most places! I’ve never been so impressed and both guys were really overworked and understaffed and still remained professional and very courteous while really trying to get my nightmare job done just as soon as possible because I had no choice but to wait. These guys are gems and any employer would be so lucky to have them as employees! I visited here in 7-6-22 as needed my vehicle repaired before my trip to Colorado and they are A PLUS in my book!

Been going to this location on and off for a couple of years now. But, after my recent experiences with the staff here I'm thinking this is my life long place for car troubles/maintenance. The team is very professional. They give you all the information they can to help the customer make decisions. The pricing is competitive. The work I receive on my car is always problem-free and reliable. My most recent experiences include: Having my car not start for no apparent reason. I had my car towed through my insurance company which came with a few hurdles in the delivery. The team was great in accommodating those hurdles. Aaron had even offered to stay after hours of operation to receive the vehicle if necessary (thankfully not necessary). The team had to deal with a staff emergency the day of delivery and were still so accommodating in being able to pick me up before they needed to close early. They spent a couple hours testing it to see what was wrong, gave me a list of potential recommendations for maintenance and found nothing immediately wrong with it. Just a couple of suggestions. I go to pay my bill and it's nothing. They went through all these lengths to check out my vehicle and essentially treat me like I was a guest in their home for a free diagnostics test. Truly a testament to the kind of ship that is run here. Most recently I got new tires, brake pads, alignment, rotor resurface, brake fluid flush, the works. They allowed me to borrow the company car to pick up some coffee while my car was being worked on. It's simply just a different kind of experience here. Took less than an hour and a half for all that and I drove away with a nice smooth ride by the time I get back with coffee. Top notch quality👌 Thanks you guys. 🙌 I will definitely be back.

WOW !! Meineke in Oregon City fixed my 2009 Ford Ranger Pick-up that was making grinding sounds when braking. I had previously taken the truck into a dealership twice, but it still wasn't running correctly. I had almost given up hope that it could be fixed correctly, when I called Meineke in Oregon City and spoke with the manager (Aaron) and his tech. Meineke gave me a free brake inspection. Then completed a vehicle diagnosis and completed the needed repairs . I will always take my vehicle into the Oregon City Meineke from now on repairs and routine maintenance...... Cheryl
