This place is a joke. The lack of sympathy and care is astonishing. This place is not what it used to be. Vet is a quack, no care and lackadaisical about treatment. After several appointments we STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHATS WRONG WITH OUR CAT. We scheduled a biopsy, they changed our quote from what was given to us. They made it clear the $700 procedure possibly would not give us answers and keep trying repeated treatments that have failed. Its been 2 months and our cat is miserable and this clinic has failed him. Save time and go some place else. If you were to take yourself to the doctor and she repeatedly told you she doesnt know whats wrong but keeps trying the same failed therapy, you would raise questions. Same situation here people they want your money but to fail your animals.

I was born and raised in this town and grew up taking my pets to this clinic. What this clinic has turned into is a nightmare. Just go elsewhere. We brought our cat milo in now for the last two months. The vet literally has stated “ she doesn’t know what it is, but she can tell me what it isn’t” but gladly takes our money and tries to repeat failed treatments over and over again. We still to this day do not know what’s going on and they have no urgency or care to help our cat. We’ve had 3 appointments and still no results. They tried to take a biopsy for $700 and told us this still may not be able to tell us what’s wrong with him. But by all means keep taking our money and failing our sweet cat. Do yourself a favor and go find a vet That cares about your fur family member because this isn’t the place. The reputation they have had in Parrish is no longer.

Questions & Answers

Are customers still not allowed to come in with their pets because of the virus

I'm under the impression that this practice will continue into the new year. Before your pet goes in you have an opportunity to ask the tech all the questions you have and the vet will call you after the exam to answer all your questions and tell you how the exam went. At first I felt uncomfortable with this arrangement but I'm getting used to it and I'm glad they're protecting their staff.

Good afternoon, We are new to the area and we need a new vet for our 2 yr old mini Schnauzer. If an animal needs to be admitted, is the hospital open for services and emergencies or is the hospital used only for scheduled surgeries?

They have normal business hours and will take appointments or emergencies during those hours. I believe they are open from 8am to 5pm and are closed at some point for lunch. They are not a true emergency hospital that is open 24/7. But they have awesome vets and very compassionate staff. They are our normal vets for our dogs, the very best in the area!!Hope this helps.
