As of a week ago you could go to the Publix.com website every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 am. From there there is a link to go to the state you live in (our page showed Florida, Georgia and South Carolina) and if they have vaccines & appointments available it will take you to another page to begin the process. I found it easier once I was on the page for my state with the counties listed to bookmark it. That way each M-W-F morning I could quickly click on it to "get in line". Most of the time was spent "waiting" as the page ticked down the seconds & refreshed every 60 seconds. It took us 3 weeks to get into the "Ready to Book" page of questions. Patience is of utmost necessity ; ) P.S. in the list of personal info that must be filled out, one item is your Medicare # ... Skip that. Publix doesn't require & it is time consuming to fill in & time is of the essence in this procedure. Hope this gives helpful details.
