"To go" order and food was good, but when you specifically ask for duck sauce and the hostess appears annoyed, then says "yes" its in the bag...and you get home and find 1 small packet of duck sauce for 2 appetizers and 1 main course, it's a disappointment.

Food is good most of employees are nice however we have had two experiences That made us to never come back. Today I tried calling for delivery they took my debit card info and said that they don't take this type of card even though I used it multiple times and wanted to know what brand it was and even when I told them they said it won't work I ask for manager and they said good luck with that I am the owner I called back and they answered and ignore me on phone. I went down to talk to different lady in person showed her my cards and she said they take those cards inform her of issues and still they said all they ask was the type of card I explained there still shouldn't be an issue cause I had to call different Chinese restaurant and when I gave them the typical card info to pay over the phone they didn't ask me all the questions they asked me. The first issue was when we ordered delivery for my wife I was at work and she waited two hours for delivery no one came she called multiple times no answer she has to go down and her food was sitting on the table and owner just goes and says oh yeah it's been sitting there and no apology Both times I had to go in person to complain and nothing improves to he owners and mangers have poor customer service I will never come here again and don't recommend it

For years we have NEVER had a bad meal at 369 until yesterday, Saturday around 6 pm takeout. 2 Beef & brocolli dinners were edible but made with 2 different sauces neither of which tasted as usual. My Mild Beef Schechwan was very very sour & inedible like never before. Left a lot & threw out. Fried rice was hard, dry & very very dark in color. Ate very little. Sweet sour chicken just ok. So disappointed but another family member had treated us so we didn't share our disappointment. Go back to your original cook & or recipes. Will try one more time but if it isn't as good as usual we will look elsewhere. Everyone there is always so nice. Please fix it.

369 was once the best Chinese food in my area and I have been going there for years. I was seriously disappointed in what 369 has become. The roast pork and vegetables were fresh in 1982 and inedible when resurrected in the modern age. The eggroll was dry, hard as a brick and only useful for self defense. The fried rice made my ancestors cry and I'm not even Chinese. How can fried rice turn black and still manage to have no flavor other than sad. I am sorry to say I will no longer be eating at 369.
