My dad doesn’t like too many sweets but for his birthday he requested a confetti bundtlet! Obviously we were going to get him what he asked for! I placed an order to pick up two from a different location at 5:15. I pre-paid, walked in, they handed me a bag closed with a sticker, and I left. I proceeded to pickup dinner and drive home. I got home and opened the bag to find that I only had one bundtlet and the one I received was not confetti! It was, however the other one I ordered at least. At this point it was about 6:20. Most locations close at 6. Luckily Gurnee is open until 7. I called and the lady who answered said typically I would have to pay because the locations operate independently and she will not get the money back, however she gave us the cake with no payment. We REALLY appreciate this, as we had to take an hour and a half long trip in order to get this cake. Customer service is top notch and this is a great location!

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes but this location has extremely rude employees. I went in with my infant son and the older woman working at the counter made a rude comment about how “big” my son was and then made another comment along the same lines. It was extremely hurtful and inappropriate. Because of that I will not go back to this location.
