Overall a great product and great installation. Communication is a bit poor. Very hard to get in touch with anyone. I have sloped side yards and custom gates were ordered. We told them we'd pay extra to install the fence without the gates and then come back when the gates were completed 8-12ish weeks later. Figured I'd just go to Lowe's to get something cheap to cover the missing gates. Well to my surprise they installed gates when they installed the fence. As far as I knew the custom gates came in early. Tried calling the office to talk to someone but couldn't get anyone. About 2 months later they called that the gates came in and I was confused. Eventually realized they just put in flat gates temporarily. The sloped custom gates fit the yard better, though they did have to adjust the adjoining fencing some due to the differences in gates. Like i said though, a great product. Could just work on being able to get in touch with them when you call.

I assume you're inquiring about privacy vinyl fencing. The pickets are held in place by the top and bottom pocket rails. The easiest way to replace them is to detach the top rail from between the two posts (usually easier said than done) and then the new or existing pickets can be replaced. Then install the top rail back in its original position.
