Service was great but the food was just so-so. The beef balls and fish balls were horrible. Tasteless, no bounce. Not a lot of veggie options either. Seafood, beef, and lamb were decent. With so many other hot pot choices around, we won't be back.

It's definitely a fun experience, and for an all you can eat restaurant, it is kept surprisingly clean and stocked. The quality of the food is decent enough, but you definitely have to eat a lot to get your money's worth.

Yes fixed offered, but still very bland, listen, this place is just not good. It would be just okay, if it was half the price... spend your money somewhere else, you will enjoy It much more, trust me
$25.95 per person, includes all options like a buffet. Or individual hot pots with limited choices range from $15 to $20. Buffet style is the best value!!!😊
Since you pick your own food off the conveyor belt, there are enough variety to choose from, there should not be any problem.
I would not waste your money! It was $100.00 for 3 people, and it is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Zero flavor, zero true customer service. I 1000% hated it!

There are plenty of ther hotpot style restaurants all over town but I think this is the only one that is "Nine Spices."
It would be safe to eat because the food comes out plain, with no seasoning. You make your own bowl of spices & seasonings, so there shouldn't be any surprises.
It was running when I was there in February. Maybe it's broken. I like that place.
