At the store I went to on the west side up by kohls I had a better experience. The person was helpful and nice, they just can't tell you how they know something isn't right with the phones being shut down or function keys not working.

A VERY tall dude helped me and my brother. He lost his phone and he helped him replace it Pronto. While in conversation he let us know I could trade my paid off phone for 75% off the phone I wanted. A no brainer. I was waiting for a reason to upgrade and I'm glad he gave me a reason

Service technician was not pushing to sell up products and was knowledgeable with all products. He recommended what was needed to work with the new 5G mobile phone; e.g., car charger and block charger, phone screen protector and such. He covered all items needed to purchase products. He was a helpful, friendly and professional.

This location is very friendly, I went in just last night to get a phone and the only salesman there was in the process of helping a large group of people. Although the wait was about an hour I understand that, one person setting up five phones takes a while. Jarren was a great help in finding exactly what I need and he even helped me get some freebies. Great knowledge of products and customer needs. Any questions I had he was ready to answer. This was a wonderful experience.
