Homes in this community are overpriced considering the location and close proximity to Imperial Highway. The constant eastern traffic noise will be heard and is unavoidable. I do not recommend.

Buyer Beware! You can hear heavy traffic road noise in all areas of the community. Exercise due diligence. Owners and realtors will try to tell you differently.

This is a nice community, however, the persistent and heavy, non stop traffic noise from Imperial Hwy and 75 is disturbing and annoying regardless of location.
