Love the gym so far. Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is never over crowded and the black card membership is awesome. I take full advantage of the tanning and massage rooms after work outs.

I feel like I hired a personal trainer - not just the facility. With a lot of help, I was able to start a manageable workout schedule that addresses my need. The trainer wrote down a complete program, alternating muscle groups, that takes about 30 minutes each group. I converted to a spreadsheet so I can see exactly which weight to set for each machine and move at my own pace. I avoid crowded times so no waiting for machines. The Hydro massage is a great way to relax muscles after. So glad I joined!
