Rachel the Asst Manager went above and beyond to make our experience super pleasant and positive. I was waiting with my children and we were passing through town on our way back from Florida, to Ohio. She was personable and acknowledged our wait and thanked us for our patience. Asked us how our trip was and then after our order was up told us to have a safe trip back home! To be honest, you rarely find service like that anymore in fast food. I also saw her communication to the team while we were eating our dinner, seemed good and well executed. Make sure to acknowledge her and the team! In these hard times I know it’s hard to find great employees and you have them and especially in one of your leaders in Rachel!

I went there on a trip with my family recently. My food was cold after waiting FOREVER and the server was absolutely rude. Do not go there if you value your time.

I pulled in drove thru and placed ny order at 940 it is now 1045 and I am still waiting on my food after the first bag they handed me was ice cold and said they just watched her make it personally would not recommend this burger King to anyone

I have to say that I had wonderful service at Burger in Elkin NC. Not only was my order correct but it was also fresh. I went inside to give my order and Rachel was super friendly and greeted me with a genuine smile. And then Leah gave me my food and she was also very sweet I haven't had wonderful service like this in a long long time. I will be back !!
